I have one of the big Conns with both bells and the Conn bell case I got with it fits both bells just fine, so I just use it for whichever bell I take with me..
I agree that carrying the assembled horn in one case even if you could get one custom built would be a lot of work, but I don't think it would be an impossibility. Depends on your build, how much you like to practice weightlifting, etc.
Personally I'm on the verge of building a cart with 18" bicycle wheels to lug it around and act as a stand for it.
