Gotta get a copy of this solo so next time I'm in Cambridge (Mass.) I can work it up on the Harvard BBBb. I was thinking of sticking a euph mouthpiece inside the real mouthpiece (should fit, right???). Should be "way cool", no? We could even have the horn carried on stage by a real ox cart.
On the other hand, the tight bungee cords I'd have to wrap around my ###s to give adequate "support" to the "upper register" might have more lasting negative side effects than I'd like to deal with - maybe I should pass on this and let the 1st Hosaphone player take it.
What do you all think?
