R&J- GREAT tuba part, watch out for the LONG sustained B natural(second line) at the end. There are places to breath, but not any good ones. Consult the Torchinsky book, or ask someone who has it. I know where to breath, just don't have the part handy.
Rach. 2nd Piano Concerto- Not too much stuff, but a good blow nonetheless. Lovely tunes, so not too bad to sit through.
Old story. One of my first real playing jobs had both those tunes AND Tschaik. 5th on the program. A real treat for a 19 YO kid.
Enjoy every second of them.
