I have two recordings of Cloudburst. One is the Seattle Symphony and the other is New York with Berstein conducting. Interestingly, the low brass work in the Seattle recording is much better.
The NYPO low brass sound very muddy on the sixteenth note runs. Pun intended.
Overall all though, the NYPO is better on the entire Suite. Some of the soloist are very, very good.
