Another CC horn to consider that is less expensive than the Willson and some others is the Meinl-Weston Model 32. It's a 4/4 size 5-valve rotary tuba that is generally liked very much by those who know it, and new it's a little over $5,000. Both Dillon's and Baltimore Brass frequently have them in stock. Mine really works well for me. The intonation is quite good; only a little first slide manipulation is needed, and that can be dispensed with if you are willing to do a little lipping up or down. The workmanship is outstanding, and the valve action is short and fast.

Of course, it's a very personal decision, and you have already received some good suggestions. Among all the horns mentioned, you should be able to find one that's a match for you.
