I have heard that recording practice sessions with a mini disk recorder is very helpful. I have been trying to find one that I can use in a practice room without a computer. I tried best buy and did not find one. (The salespeople were incredibly rude and unhelpful) I called Circuit City. They said they might have what I am looking for. DO any of you know about mini disk recorders? How do they work, and can I use them in the practice room? Also, are there other stores, besides the two I mentioned, where I can buy one?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
