just another option but i find the PT 44 a great choice for CC or BBb tuba. It's very comfortable to me and I have found that the sound it produces is a rich dark sound. However you should always be sure that the mouthpiece feels right to you and then secondly does it allow you to do everything that you need it to do. Best of luck un searching for mouthpieces
