At the ITEC in NC last year, my son was doing the very comparison you are asking about. He played the PT-15 in one room, then went to another room where the Miraphone was and played it. Neither of us could tell the horns apart (both sounded good, but it was difficult to say which one sounded better). But when he got permission to take both horns into a quiet room to test them "side by side," the difference between the horns was night and day.
