Normally when one encounters this problem, trying to do long tones up there only frustrates you. Lip slurs will help strengthen the embouchure. Use an eighth note pattern at quarter equals 60. Start on the F#/Gb up to A#/Bb 2/3 combo, then G to B 1/2, Ab to C 1, A to C# 2, Bb to D open. When you master this, try adding the 5th. That way you can extend your upper range.

The arpeggiations will strengthen your embouchure a whole bunch. Then once the strength is there, you can start finding the correct fingerings for the pitches. Our instruments are notorious for weird fingerings.
