Has anyone besides me noticed the trend of no one winning jobs from auditions. Or at least that happening more rare all the time? Is there no way to regulate this? Does the union have something to say about this? It's really frusterating to look to the future, I hope to get on the circuit in the near future and it's depressing to see I could take a bunch of auditions and no one win any of them.
