All original Sousa music published by the John Church Company came with transposed Db piccolo parts, as well as alternate Bb and Eb treble clef tuba parts. This includes his songs and his Operettas (such as "The Devil's Advocate"...well, I THINK that that is what it is called...)

I know this about the piccolo parts because my main project as Assistant Librarian for the 26th US Army Band of New York City was to save our 100% COMPLETE Sousa Collection. It was mostly 1st Edition and was quite brittle and crumbly. I had to hand copy each part onto concert size manuscript paper, transposing Eb horn, Db piccolo, treble clef trombone, euphonium and tuba parts, and "figure out"
notes missing (due to holes) by contextual cross-referencing. I got through 112 marches and a folio of dance music in almost three year of work. I sure could have used Finale...
