I think this is the variations on the Cobbler's Bench (AKA Pop Goes the Weasel). It's fun and accessible by good intermediate players without challenging the audience too much, and it also has a band accompaniment available.

I also like the Frackenpohl Concertino for Tuba and Strings (also available with a piano accompaniment), though it is more serious than the above.

I'd put both of them in the Grade 4-5 range, and probably closer to 4.
