Yes. It is common for there to be tuba parts in both Eb and Bb treble clef almost worldwide. In France there are tuba parts in Bb bass clef (here you play it one tone lower than written and bass clef parts in Ut which are played as written. If you ever have to play French horn music it is transposing in all keys both in treble and bass clef. If you happen to have to play bass or cello parts you must know how to play in bass, tenor and treble clef. A professional tubist should do all that as well as read alto clef, and he should be able to do it on the BBb, CC, Eb and F tubas.
