Bands are the main ensemble for high school so a BBb would be a good choice as for the other Keys well CC are usually for orchestras the fingerings are supposed to be more comfortable when you sart getting into weitd keys as Eb and F horns there are primarily for solo and small groups. Cerveny make good horns, but please play have them played on before purchase the manufacturing is said to be inconsistent, the jr high I volunteer at as 4 of them 3 play beautifuly the 4th just sounds so empty, I have a st pete good horn I really like it alot but becareful it dents easily get a case!!!! If you think you might like the St. Pete the miraphone 191 plays like a dream they have an "S" series version but I do not recall the price. Look at the shops part of this page try Baltimore brass I have heard some great things about him these might interest you these are on his site
