The Tuba Source Book lists only one 78 rpm release by Bell in the solo genre. That was an old 78 album entitled The Neighbors Band, Young People's 726-A. No list of compositions is included and no mention of a flutist either. I don't know if some of the selections from the Bell Golden Crest LP were also issued as 78 singles, as was sometimes still done at that time. Harvey Phillips also recorded for Golden Crest, so that might make a logical pairing of solo tubists, but I can't find anything that matches your description. Someone out there must know the answer..sorry it's not me!
