My High School just bough a brand new tuba, and I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on it...it's an Amati BBb horn, 4 top action piston valves, 4/4 size...that's about all I know. If anyone can give me any more info (bore size, quality of horn, etc.) I would much appreciate it....as far as I know it plays great, but compared to what I've been playing on a clarinet (egads!!!) would have a better sound...
