Thanks for the advice.I have a friend that owns a Besson 983 and I have played that horn and like it a lot but I am not sure I would say it is the best out there.His has a problem that I have heard is common with these in that it almost runs a little on the flat side even with the tuning slide all the way in.They do play very nice though but I prefer a 5 valve non-compesating horn.
