I use the tuner more to do spot checks. If you use the tuner too much than you may not pay as much attention to the quality as you do to the mechanics. I have a new horn so have been using the tuner more than usual in the mornings to help me establish a good pitch center. After I get that going, I turn it off to concentrate on the quality.
