Can anyone suggest a liquid or semiliquid substance to lube slides with,
something that avoids the buildup that occurs at the joint when you push the
slides back in? This seems to happen no matter how thin I spread whatever
I'm using at a particular time--Lube Gel right now--I've used Vaseline and
lanolin in the past.
