2) Did they charge oversize fee? If so, how much?

2)GBP70 out, rtn CHF140 (one Besson 981 + a PT6)

4)case: wheels smashed in, handle torn off, one big crack. Tuba surprisingly undamaged.

After seeing them about the case (that I borrowed) they agreed to try and fix it or replace it. Gave my details to them and havenīt heard from them since. This is over two monthes ago now.
