You might want to give Tony Clements (Lowbrass werks) a call about the Grontinz PCK. I test played that horn myself, and it's a tremendous tuba for 6K - big, dark sound. It also blows very freely, and there are no funny notes of kind. I'm considering one myself, even though I really wasn't looking for a BAT.
