Mine would have to be Dr. Fred Marzan, darn best tuba player my ears have ever heard, and he knows so much.....he's helped me get into alot of honor bands, helped me to get a superior rating everytime I have gone to solo and enselmble contest, and has really gotten me everywhere that I am now on the tuba. If it wasn't for marzan...the tuba would be just another hunk of metal that nakes noise................also an all around great guy..lots of great storys about his tuba hitch hicking days and Bill Bell storys. (Bill Bell was his best friend)
