The 7B has a flat, sharp edged rim that hurts. A lot of people seem to like this m.p., but I've never been able to play it. In addition to its torture rim, I find it too narrow for my lips, which tend to swell up with playing. I notice that people with thin lips tend to like 7B-like m.p.'s, but I ain't one of them. Proceed with caution.
