For a basic book which will give you C fingerings and some exercises for C tuba, look no further tha Bill Bell's venerable (1930's) Foundation To Tuba and Sousaphone Playing. It has a CC fingering chart and the early exercises are written for three tubas (Eb, C, Bb). There's lots of stuff in flat keys, of course, but some excerts at the end and a nice short study for CC tuba.

For a more complete book, get the Encore Music edition of the Complete Arbans which has been transposed from the trumpet book (which was written for Bb trumpet). All of the solos and duets lie well for CC tuba (not so well for BBb). Every CC player should own this book and work through it assiduously.
