I have a 2/20 (first tuba I ever bought). I use it to play dixieland/jazz/polka stuff, and for that it works well. It _is_ a little small for brass band work, but you can make yourself heard if you try, and the horn will take pushing better than I would have thought. It plays in tune at least as well as my other tubas. The mouthpiece receiver is not the standard Morse #1 taper that American tubas have. If it doesn't come with a satisfactory mouthpiece , it may take some time to order one, or you'll have to have the mouthpiece receiver changed (the latter seems to be the usual approach). All in all, it was a lot of horn for very little money. If you buy it, see if you can get a case or stand (The 2/20 won't stand on its bell because it is so small in diameter).
