I believe your information to be accurate, but years ago when I was still accepting tuba "overhauls", a Catholic school down in New Orleans sent me some nickel-plated Zeiss tubas, and they were Cervany model 68's.
I am only stating that the nickel plated finish is not a sure cue as to their manufacture.
