I always hate to ask questions like this because It always makes me look stupid. Guess if I don't ask I'll stay stupid.

There are Bflat, C, Eflat, and F tubas. Music for all is written in concert key. Different fingerings for each.

Euphonium is in Bflat? Tuba Christmas music is available in Bass or treble cleff. I saw euphonium players using the bass cleff music which I can understand, but their parts are also in concert key. I thought euphonium music was transposed for them. Do they transpose as they play or is that normal for them like it is for tuba. If this is true then who is the trebble cleff music really for and is it in concert key also. Wow I just don't understand. Help!
