O.K., I sent Dave (at Baltimore Brass) a check for the King 2341 today. He's a super guy to work with, gave me a great deal, and answered all my questions. Can any of you familiar with this horn recommend a specific mouthpiece? I've been playing the Bach 18 and Schilke 67 but neither seem to "open up" for my bigger horns. As the King isn't exactly tiny, any suggestions? I beg your indulgence, as I have followed numerous threads on mouthpieces for the last few months; I agree with the "personal mouthpiece for each person" theory, but I'm asking about a specific horn and players' experiences with that horn.
