I am looking for some assistance from former students (private) of Mr. Jacobs for a research project that is in progress. I am interested in what specific method books, etudes, drills, exercises etc. that he assigned to you during your lessons. If you could provide the etude number as well as the composer (e.g. Blue Pottag Book, Gugel etude #24) it would be most beneficial to this study.
I am interested in hearing from all students of Mr. Jacobs, whether you took one lesson or one hundred. All of this information is to be presented in a completed dissertation format in the coming year.
