If you must, go with the YFB-621. But it is (IMO) a bit small for quintet, esp. if you want to provide a "foundation".

You could also consider some of the newer "smaller-ish" F tubas I've read about recently on this list. (MW I think has one)

Or for more money, there's the YFB-822, which has all the facility of the F, with quite a bit of the sound of the CC. But it does cost more.

For my playing, mostly quintet, I'd choose either the YFB-822 (if it HAD to be F), or more likely the Willson 5V Eb (3400?) as my one-tuba-fits-all solution. The big Willson Eb is the bass tuba version of Tony C.'s choice (4/4 CC). A sound similar to a modest 4/4 CC, but pitched 3 semitones higher.
