I care to disagree with Sam's comment on the Yorkbrunner's inaptitude in quintet. I've been playing in a quintet for two years with this horn. This not my choice either, I would prefer to use my Yamaha 822 F but the other guys love the sound and blend that the Hirsh. gives the group. Don't be fooled by the size of a horn when chossing one to use. Just because the Yorkbrunner is considered a "specialty" horn for big orchestra's dosen't mean that you'll out blow four other guys all the time in 5tet. This also gives our quintet a unique sound which is much different than the lighter bass that most quintets go for.
