Where you might get a bit of variation is on the low F. On my F tuba, the same relative note (G) works best with fingerings of 2+3+4+5, and the next semitone down adds the first valve. Even a five-valve horn has problems one and two semitones above the pedal, because the 5th valve tubing is usually tuned to make the Ab (Bb on an F) perfect. Just above the pedal, everything's approximate. Your choice of mouthpiece might have an effect also.

These are assuming that your fifth valve is a flat whole tone. My F has a convertible tuning slide, and can be a flat whole tone or an adjustible semitone. I prefer the former.
