Huttl (or Hüttl) was one of the makers in Graslitz (now Kraslice) between the late 19th century and WWII. After the repatriation of the Sudeten by Czechoslovakia in 1945 and the subsequent nationalization of the all of the Kraslice instrument makers into the AMATI cooperative, the Hüttl family settled in Germany where, I believe they are still very much in business.
