During my boyhood in Danish brass, money was a very restricting factor. Still the Hüttl instruments were more known for being cheap, than they were known for musical qualities.

At least when we do consider the standard instruments. When talking more special instruments like their Ab piccolo flugel horn, their reputation was better, because they were better with their hands than with their machines.

It is very long ago I have senn a new Hüttl instrument.
