Deana Swoboda is playing with the Dallas Brass (and touring). I thought I had heard that Constance Weldon was with Boston at one time. Mary DiFalco was with the Florida Philharmonic. But I must confess, that when I have female students, it is harder to find women tuba players for them to relate to than it is for male students to find male tuba players to relate to. Students find some sort of same gender identification really important in early adolescence; fortunately, age seems to cure this abberation and they eventually get on with music. It is important for a few years, though.
