"Crap" careless comments like that (I'm not really blaming the anonymous "Are you still beating your wife?" questioner as much as I am speaking in general terms.) have cost my little store tens of thousands in sales on flutes alone. I can only imagine what those types of comments cost Mike in commissions. Not that Mike doesn't deserve competition, but let his competitors beat him with price, service, maybe even "slick" deals, but not loose irresponsible talk.
