BBb fingerings

Hey everyone.

I've come across this "Roger Bobo Solo arrangement" of Adagio from "The Limpid Stream" op. 39 by Shostakovich and I know im crazy for trying but i play BBb right now and i can play it all but the high Gb at square 4 measure 44 and i have no clue what the fingering is for that note. Any ideas?
