Cerveny makes a 4 rotary valve Eb tuba that is patterned (as I understand it) after one of their F tuba designs. It is a relatively smallish horn which sounds to me like the typical Germanic F tuba. Very nice horn, very inexpensive, very easy to add a fifth valve to. Total cost of the horn, parts for the 5th valve, and installation for mine was well under $3000. I haven't looked in a while so it might even be that Cerveny is offering the horn with 5 valves. They did that with their 601 CC model. You could check (no pun intended) for yourself and see. The Eb model is the 641. Good luck!
