While the dealer might not help the issue, I don't think they are hurting the reputation of these horns either.
If they were as good as they were touted to be, you would see a few pop up in some "big name" players' hands and get some more exposure.
Possibly their hope lies in the fact that they are refining their horns every once in a while. It seems like they are reportedly getting better. In 10-15 years they might stumble across something that works. I think the biggest flaw in their approach is that they aren't copying something that already works and tinkering with that, eg. Yamaha, Nearly Every German Manufacturer, etc.
