Today, as I was going to put away the 187, I found that a trombone case had fallen on the horn and left a monstrous crease in the bell. This is the latest of several incidents involving damage by school players to the 187, and I'm beginning to think that I should probably just play the 20J's at school and leave my personal horn at home for practice. Has anyone ever come across this situation before, and does anyone know of a good repair shop in the Dayton-Columbus area of Ohio?
