Ok, keeping to your theme of a general conversation with no previous posts specifically in mind, here's a brief quiz for everyone to take...

If a customer doesn't promptly recieve a return e-mail, should he/she...
1. be persistant, or simply call the dealer and inquire more directly?
2. go on the tubenet and whine about it in an attempt to shame or punish the dealer?

and if 2, would that...
a. sure show the dealer a thing or two and make him rue the day he didn't reply to your email in an acceptable timeframe?
b. make yourself look like an a**?
