Wow, I got more visceral responses than I expected, and I expect I'll respond more tomorrow, but I do want to go on record about this: complaining in a public forum before you have all the facts is NOT the way to go. And this: I've NEVER had any of the vendors whom I know from this site fail to respond in a very timely fashion; in other words, I REALLY AM speaking from principle, not referring to any real experience I've had.
