The "customer may always be right" however you skip over the fact that the customer may not know how to operate his computer (don't laugh, there are lots of people with computers who don't know how to send an e-mail), so don't be so quick to judge the recipient. Oftimes it's the sender who screws up and then gets pissed off because thay get no response. Greg ( who always gets a response when he sends e-mail correctly)
