Sorry Rick, but I tuned in late. So I am practicing in front of my tuner with my most recently acquired Conn 2xJ to learn the horn...everything is pushed all of the way in and still flat according to the tuner. I go to band rehersal and warn the director and tell him to let me know what he hears out in front...everything is fine with him. Is it possible my tuner is hearing more of the overtone than the fundamental and telling me something different than what others hear????
