Kind of makes sense....specifically I'm looking at the 13th bar after rehearsal number 4 in the Vaughan Williams. In the tuba part and piano part there are Bbb's. In fact, there are quite a few all throughout the piano part. Im just wondering if he did this to convey the right pitch for the chord, or to just save himself the work of writing lots of natural signs and then subsequent flats on the A's, or if there is some other weird reason.
