It would be wise to first inform yourself because of the 16% MWSt (value-added tax) in Germany. It may actually be less expensive to buy the horn in the states, since American import tax is less, even after the horn has been shipped over seas. It also might be possible to buy the horn in Germany without the MWSt if you can prove that you are not a German resident and/or taxpayer.
