At Xmas, the family was doing its usual sit around the piano (with mum playing it)and sing thing, when relations asked me to blow along on my Tube(Eb). I could play the bass line of the piano part(in bass clef) but I have no idea how to transpose the melody line - written in piano treble clef. I play in a british style brass band so I read treble clef - but I can't see the relationship to the piano treble clef in C and me playing an Eb tube in bass clef (which is a C in treble clef).
