How much time are you willing to invest to save a few dollars? You could spend a great deal of time trying to replace what you already have, looking for that "GREAT DEAL" or stick with what you have, save A LOT OF TIME, and get on with playing music! "UGLY" doesn't mean it doesn't sound good! Restore it later. Even then, once you take an instrument apart it doesn't always go back together and play the same even if it looks fantastic! In the price range your talking about it sounds to me like you've already got the BEST instrument! If it was a car you'ld be driving an older "CLASSIC"!
