Yes I believe he did just that,
I did not actually see the horn itself but I talked to him about it and did read some of the article. I think the small bell was bell up also and the horn was very heavy. I guess the guy that commissioned the project very pleased with it. I could not find the article on the custom site. I do remember that the project took a very long time and I think the 5th valve might have been a rotor.
