If this intonation problem is new and the instrument is decades old, I suggest that you look for a broken (and Leaking) solder joint in the fourth valve tubing.
If you noticed that D, for instance, does not center as well as it used to, I'd happily go out on a limb and tell you that it's a leaking solder joint.
If anyone added a water key to that slide tubing, it may be leaking.
Just some things to consider.
